Damaged item received:  Although great care is taken when packing and sending your order.  If you have received a damaged item, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it.  You will need to send the item back to us for assessment.  Once we've established the likely cause of the damage, we will either exchange the item with the same item, credit your Jewelworx account, or offer you a refund.  Please return any gifts, accessories and packaging that came with the item.

Incorrect item received:  If the item you receive is not the same as the item on the page you ordered from (keep in mind for example that light can make stones appear lighter or darker), please notify us within 7 days of receiving it.  You will need to send the item back to us.  We will either exchange the item with the correct item, credit your Jewelworx account, or offer you a refund.  Please return any gifts or accessories that came with the item.

You have changed your mind:  If you have changed your mind about the item you bought, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it.  The item needs to be returned to us, unused, in original packaging with any gifts/accessories.  We will credit your Jewelworx account, or offer you a refund.  A handling fee of up to 25% may be levied to cover our costs.
